* The restaurant “Rosa Lisbert“ in the Arminiusmarkthalle in Moabit, amazing Alsatian food from Tarte Flambee to a four-course menu, 10551 Berlin.

Recently, I went to a concert of the band “London Grammar“. It was sensational!

I really like to read books but do not have enough time unfortunately. Reading the newspaper “Die ZEIT is my regular ritual!

Michael Kempf is Chef de Cuisine at the gourmet restaurant FACIL in Berlin, awarded with two Michelin Stars. Born in 1977, he learned his trade from scratch. Even as a youngster he had already decided “to become a cook”. He turned this urge into his profession and perfected his culinary talents in numerous star restaurants, such as the Wald- and Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe (Lothar Eiermann), Restaurant Fischerzunft Schaffhausen, Switzerland (André Jaeger) and more recently at Restaurant Dieter Mueller.
