Max Giesinger was born in Waldbronn (Baden-Württemberg). At the age of 13 he played in his first band. His debut album “Laufen lernen“ was an instant success, but its successor “Der Junge, der rennt“ broke all records. In particular, the hit singles “80 Millionen“ and “Wenn sie tanzt“ were acclaimed by millions. Several gold and platin awards, an MTV Europe Music-Award for “Best German Artist“ as well as further prizes could be accepted by Giesinger. He lives in Hamburg.
